Russian state media reported on Tuesday that Russia’s FSB security services had arrested a US-Russian woman on suspicion of treason. The charges allege that she was funding the Ukrainian army.

According to Russian state news agencies, the FSB in the central city of Yekaterinburg announced that they had taken action against a 33-year-old resident of Los Angeles, who holds dual citizenship of Russia and the United States. The FSB stated that they had “suppressed the illegal activities” of this individual, accusing them of providing financial assistance to a foreign state, namely, funding the Ukrainian army.
